We often look to the external, the outside of ourselves. Problems, stimulus, people, relationships, situations. Thus, when we look for answers, we focus on solutions that are external to us. Change our environment, let go of friends, surround ourselves with 'nicer' objects.
It is our reaction to the external and accepting how we relate to the outside. This is is our entry point. Accept our response/reaction to the outside, question the internal dialogue that occurs. It is here our journey begins. Challenge the thought
