Modifications of shapes and movements are available, but it is important to note that some level of mobility is required to join the sessions.
How much is the session?
A free introductory session will be run before the course starts, so come along and see if it's the right practice for you. Session prices will be confirmed closer to the date and all who are interested will be notified. Dates and times of the sessions will be confirmed and uploaded to this page.
